Additive Manufacturing: 3D Printing & Prototyping Support

Flexible Solutions to Keep Projects Moving

At Eagle Medical, we know that fast problem-solving can make all the difference, especially during the early stages of development. That’s why we maintain limited in-house 3D printing capabilities, used to create fixtures, sample parts, or prototype components when our clients need them most.

While additive manufacturing is not yet a core commercial offering, we use our printer to support quick-turn part development in select situations, helping to close gaps, speed up design cycles, and keep complex builds on track.

When We Use 3D Printing

  • To produce non-implantable parts for fit, form, or function checks
  • To build custom fixtures or jigs for specific device handling needs
  • To support internal prototyping in close collaboration with clients
  • To solve unexpected challenges in assembly, kitting, or packaging workflows

Value-Added Prototyping

  • Helps reduce lead times during early-stage design
  • Supports Eagle’s reputation for responsive, practical problem-solving
  • Pairs seamlessly with cleanroom assembly and packaging operations
  • Enables low-volume, agile manufacturing support when traditional sources fall short

Looking Ahead

Our 3D printing capabilities are evolving as part of our ongoing investment in client-focused manufacturing services. For now, we offer it selectively, as part of our broader mission to deliver flexible, integrated solutions across the device development cycle.
